We believe our customers know their businesses best. But often an outside view can reveal hidden assets and untapped values. So at Enaria, we take the time to get to know not just you as a client, but also your business.

Our first step is an in-depth client interview, a discovery phase. We sit down with you and learn the ins and outs of your business, understand your business plan and communication objectives, learn what challenges you want to overcome, and listen to what courses of action you think should be taken.

We Research The Competition

We take the time to research the background needed for each project, from the knowledge base necessary to understand a client’s business to investigating what the competition is doing in a comparable arena. We spend the time necessary to identify the proper selling points for the client.

We use the results of our research to map out the project step by step, and we share that project plan with the client. When we start the actual work, the client and our staff are all on the same page.

Enaria Communcations is particularly adept at helping clients to establish objectives and determine marketing goals.

Some clients come to us with specific projects in mind — for example, a redesign of their existing Web site. Others come with more generalized goals, such as wanting to improve communications with their customers.

In both instances, we spend time turning abstract ideas into concrete goals by identifying specific project objectives. We set marketing objectives, establish target audiences, and establish realistic, achievable goals. And we also give considerable thought to how success will be measured so that expectations can be properly set.

Sometimes this process results in breaking down the client’s desires into more than one project. For example, a Web site redesign may also involve the creation of a new tag line and maybe even a new company logo. We do whatever it takes to make the end result a marriage of what the client wants and what will get the desired results.

Working closely with our clients, we fine-tune the executions on every project until every aspect of the work is its very best. To keep projects on their target deadlines, we make an extra effort to accommodate clients’ needs by setting realistic completion dates that can be met comfortably both for our designers and writers as well as for those resources that the client must supply, such as in-house information.

Monitoring Results
Follow-up Care and Meaningful Results

Because we form lasting relationships with our clients, our work does not end with the execution and launch of a project.

Whenever possible, we build into our projects means of measuring the results to determine success rates. For example, on Web sites we create, we include an on-going recording of number of “hits” or visitors to the site. We help set up marketing measuring tools to determine the effectiveness of print ads or promotions.
